Unit had no Freon. Added nitrogen and started to leak check. Found three leaks on condensing unit. Welded all three and pulled a good vacuum and made sure it held. Added 20 pounds of 404a and also replaced filter drier. Verified temp drop and proper operation on 2/5/24 in Arlington Texas.
